Target Issues Warning About Popular Kids Brand ‘Cat & Jack’

Target has recalled 211,000 toddler sandals nationwide because they pose “a risk of serious injury or death.” The”Cat & Jack Children’s Sandals,” which sold for $22 across all of Target’s U.S. stores, were recalled July 16.

The shoes have been recalled due to small decorative pearls on the tan sandal’s raffia straps.
