LTO-7 issues show cause order against Dumanjug mayor, suspends license

CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office in Central Visayas (LTO-7) has issued a show cause order against Dumanjug Mayor Efren Guntrano “Gungun” Gica and placed his driver’s license under a 90-day preventive suspension over possible violations arising from a road crash in Minglanilla.
