NBI agents nab 2 in Quezon City over alleged beauty clinic investment scam

MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested two individuals in Quezon City, who had been hiding for over a year, over their alleged involvement in a multi-million peso beauty clinic investment scam.
