This DAO provides supplementary guidance on the procedures that should be followed in respect of informing the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) and the Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) as part of the process for determining whether to seek or renew a super-injunction. Both the PAC and the C&AG expect the C&AG to be informed of any matter with potential material financial consequences so that they may determine the significance of such information for their statutory audit responsibilities.
