Mexican guild chief apologizes for racist 'slant-eye' gesture at World Cup

Ulises Fernando Bernal Miramontes, the president of a Mexican engineering guild, issued a public apology over the weekend for his controversial slant-eye gesture during a World Cup match days earlier.
