US firm secures new natural hydrogen service contract

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. signed the country’s third natural hydrogen service contract, allowing US-based Koloma, Inc. to exclusively explore western Zambales province. The award marks Koloma’s third natural hydrogen service contract under the DOE’s indigenous energy exploration program. The company won SC 83 and SC 84 nine months earlier, covering 126,645 and 85,082 hectares in Central Luzon.
