Mindanao earthquake: Marcos says kin of fatalities to receive cash aid

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Wednesday said families of those who died in the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck Mindanao will receive P50,000 in financial assistance.

As of June 10, the death toll had reached 45, while 487 people were reported injured and 17 remained missing.
