The father of a neglected three-year-old who died from a lice infestation was sentenced by a New York judge on Monday.

Matthew Dylewski, 34, admitted neglecting his three-year-old daughter Joycelynn Ann Dylewski, who died February 19, 2025, due to horrible living conditions in the family’s Corinth apartment.
