DPWH flags delayed flood control project in PGH

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) on Wednesday discovered another delayed flood control project, this time within the premises of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH).

Vince Dizon himself saw the delayed project during an inspection held at the premier state-owned teaching hospital.
