TABACO CITY, Albay — Sen.

Risa Hontiveros led the blessing and inauguration of a P10-million adult day center at Hiraya Manawari Nature Park in Barangay San Vicente here on Wednesday.

The facility is designed as a one-stop center offering health care services, lifelong learning training, livelihood opportunities, and recreational activities for the elderly.
