Cayetano explains Senate ‘chaos’ to nephew via Pokémon, heroes, villains

MANILA, Philippines — Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano on Saturday used a Pokémon-inspired analogy involving “Mega Dream,” “heroes,” “villains” and “chaos rising” to explain the ongoing tensions in the Senate to his nephew.
