UNC reaffirms N. Korea's border-hardening measures not in violation of Armistice Agreement

North Korea's recent fencing and landmine operations along the inter-Korean border do not constitute violations of the Armistice Agreement that halted the 1950-53 Korean War, the United Nations Command said Wednesday, countering South Korea's claim that the North is breaching the agreement.
