HEAT INDEX WATCH: Most parts of PH may still experience danger levels

MANILA, Philippines — At least 40 areas across the country may continue to experience dangerous levels of heat index on Wednesday, reaching as high as 45°C, according to the state weather bureau.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) calls the heat index as the “feels like” or “apparent” temperature.
