Wind signals lifted as Kiyapo heads towards Southern China on Saturday

MANILA, Philippines — Wind signals were lifted from Northern Luzon as Typhoon Kiyapo moved toward Southern China on Saturday morning, the state weather bureau said.

In its 11 a.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Kiyapo was last seen 465 kilometers west of Basco, Batanes, as of 11 a.m.
