Builder ordered to refund buyer who paid Rs 25 lakh in 1995 but got no property

A Maharashtra consumer commission has ordered a developer to refund Rs 25 lakh collected in 1995 for 11 commercial units that were never built.

The buyer, who intended to use the shops for his business, waited over three decades for possession.
