MANILA – The Department of National Defense (DND) strongly condemned the latest act of “violence and harassment” committed by China Coast Guard (CCG) members against Philippine Navy (PN) personnel stationed at the BRP Sierra Madre in Ayungin Shoal, West Philippine Sea (WPS) on Monday.
