PNP flags increase in cases of individuals posing as DPWH execs

MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen.

Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. flagged a reported increase in cases involving individuals allegedly impersonating Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) officials.
