Gov Mutfwang restructures Plateau security, appoints Operation Rainbow coordinator

Plateau State Governor, Caleb Mutfwang, has approved a restructuring of the state’s security architecture with the appointment of retired Brigadier General Nash Yakubu as Coordinator of Operation Rainbow, the state-owned security outfit.
