The Federal Capital Territory High Court has dismissed an application by former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello seeking to quash charges in his alleged N110.4 billion fraud case, clearing the way for the trial to continue amid his ongoing corruption cases and recent emergence as the APC senatorial candidate for Kogi Central.
