LTFRB summons 34 PUV operators for not plying routes on Tuesday

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has summoned 34 operators of public utility vehicles (PUVs) for their alleged failure to provide service to passengers on Tuesday.
