DBM eyes digital budget system rollout to 315 agencies by 2028

MANILA, Philippines – The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) plans to deploy the Budget and Treasury Management System (BTMS) across 315 government agencies as part of the Marcos administration’s digitalization effort. In its 2025 annual report, the DBM noted its three-year rollout plan for the system from 2026 to 2028.
