STS Francisco to exit PAR Thursday evening, says Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Severe Tropical Storm Francisco (international name: “Mekkhala”) is forecast to exit the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) within the next six hours, the state weather bureau said.
