Baguio eyes drills for response to school shooting, violence

BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — The local government is drawing up a model response plan to deal with possible cases of school shootings, such as what happened in Tacloban City.

Once firmed up, the approach will be carried out in drills, just like how schools teach students what to do when there is an earthquake.
