Iloilo City turns plastic bottles into free WiFi via recycling drive

ILOILO CITY — This highly urbanized city launched on Monday its “Eco-nnect Bottle to WiFi Vendo” project that will provide free internet connectivity in exchange for polyethylene therephthalate (PET) plastic bottles.
