Gawad Kalinga founder arrested for qualified trafficking – PNP

MANILA, Philippines — Gawad Kalinga Founder Antonio “Tony” Meloto was arrested for qualified trafficking in Angat Bulacan late Friday, according to the Philippine National Police (PNP).

He was served a warrant for two counts of qualified trafficking under Republic Act 9208, as amended by Republic Act 10364 and Republic Act 11862.
