Lettuce supplier for Taco Bell investigated as possible source for cyclosporiasis outbreak

The FDA has identified a single supplier of iceberg lettuce from Mexico as the possible source of the cyclosporiasis outbreak that has sickened thousands of people, a source says.

Taco Bell uses that supplier in five states where people have gotten sick.
