HHS Secretary Robert F.
Kennedy Jr. said Tuesday the cyclosporiasis outbreak is "under control" and claimed last year's federal budget cuts had no impact on the investigation.
The CDC is now reporting more than 4,000 confirmed cases in 41 states.
