Absconding murder accused arrested after 18 years

JANAKPURDHAM: Siraha police have arrested a man who had been on the run for nearly 18 years after allegedly killing a woman over a dowry dispute.

The arrested accused has been identified as Ramnath Rai, 60, of Siraha.
