Isolated rains expected in Metro Manila, other areas on July 20

MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila and other parts of the country are expected to experience generally fair weather, with chances of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms on Monday due to the southwest monsoon, or habagat, according to the state weather bureau.
