Foreign sales jump 137% at GS25 stores in coastal tourist spots

Foreign payment revenue at GS25 convenience stores in popular coastal destinations across South Korea jumped 136.9 percent year-on-year between July 1 and Sunday, the company said Tuesday.
The figure was based on GS25's analysis of transactions made by foreign customers at about 100 stores in major tourist destinations, including Gangneung and Sokcho in Gangwon Province, Busan’s Haeundae, and Jeju Island.
