UCP, Universal International Studios to Combine as Universal Global Television Under Beatrice Springborn

UPDATED: Universal Content Productions (UCP) and Universal International Studios (UIS) are merging into one combined studio unit, Variety has learned.

The new unit has been dubbed Universal Global Television (UGT).
