Nigeria: Senate's Belated Rise Against 'Repentant' Terrorists

[Vanguard] The Senate has finally given voice to a national outrage that has simmered for too long: Nigeria's policy of rehabilitating and reintegrating so-called repentant Boko Haram fighters without doing them justice.
