South Korean professional Go player Shin Jin-seo defeated artificial intelligence(AI) program KataGo in a two-stone handicap match on Sunday.

The 9-dan grandmaster won Game 2 of the three-match series by four-point-five points after a nearly five-hour battle in central Seoul.
