Karnataka requests Kerala to donate captive elephant to Mookambika temple

Karnataka Chief Minister writes to his Kerala counterpart to facilitate “the donation of a female elephant from any willing temple in Kerala.” Kerala had earlier turned down a request by the Telangana CM for camp elephants.
