Sultan of Oman to meet France's Macron with spotlight on Strait of Hormuz

French President Emmanuel Macron is set to host the Sultan of Oman at the Elysée Palace this Monday as he kicks off a two-day visit to France.

The two leaders are expected to discuss regional security amid escalations in Iran and particularly securing the toll-free reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.
