Kanlaon Volcano emits ash Saturday morning; Alert Level 2 stays

MANILA, Philippines – Kanlaon Volcano in Negros Island Region emitted ash on Saturday morning and remains under Alert Level 2, an indication of increased unrest, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
