PNP: Forest ranger, 3 others arrested after Pampanga gunfight

MANILA, Philippines — Four individuals, including a forest ranger who previously headed the Ka Arlet Group (Pintados Group), were arrested after an armed encounter in Pampanga, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said Sunday.
