BARMM chief convenes cabinet for organized gov’t disaster response

COTABATO CITY – Bangsamoro interim Chief Minister Abdulraof Macacua directed on Thursday all governors and town mayors to be in the forefront of government response to rainfall-induced calamities that hit low-lying areas in the region.

Macacua reminded all local government executives that they are expected to be the first to respond to emergencies.
