Government revises land valuation in Kathmandu, prices fall in Balkhu-Banasthali stretch

KATHMANDU: The government has revised the official minimum land valuation for the fiscal year 2026/27 (2083/84 BS), increasing rates in most parts of Kathmandu while reducing them in selected areas, including the Balkhu-Banasthali section along the Ring Road.
