From the archives: "Persepolis" author-filmmaker Marjane Satrapi

Iranian-French cartoonist Marjane Satrapi, who won acclaim for her graphic novel "Persepolis" about growing up in Tehran during the Islamic Revolution, died on June 4, 2026 at age 56.
