Driver in viral SLEx hit-and-run video surrenders, apologizes

21-year-old Indian-Filipino Manjot Singh surrenders to the Philippine National Police – Highway Patrol Group (PNP HPG) after figuring in a hit-and-run incident with Patrolman Jeric Aya-ay along the Southern Luzon Expressway (SLEX) last weekend.

Singh was released pending the filing of formal complaints.
