Top Line expands Cebu motorcycle market with Angkas

MANILA, Philippines — Listed fuel firm Top Line Business Development Corp. targets to expand its Cebu motorcycle taxi market share through a deal with Angkas. The Cebu-based fuel retailer said its partnership with Angkas will provide partner drivers with exclusive fuel and service benefits.
