Iloilo City on blue alert as Inday threatens Northern Luzon

ILOILO CITY — Iloilo City has raised its Emergency Operations Center (EOC) to Blue Alert Status and placed disaster response teams on standby as Typhoon Inday (international name: Bavi) continues to intensify while moving west-northwestward east of Northern Luzon.
