Iran warns UK against allowing US attacks from its bases

In a statement released by the Public Relations Office of Iran's Revolutionary Guards, Iran warned the UK against allowing the US to use its bases to launch attacks against the Islamic Republic.

"The aggressor US military resorted to using B-1 bombers, launching them from RAF Fairford in Britain. As officials at the Foreign Ministry reiterated, any base used to attack Iranian territories would be a legitimate target for us," the statement said.

"We warn the United Kingdom —which was the main cause of the tragedies suffered by the peoples of our region, and whose dark records carries dividing the Islamic nations, carrying out widespread massacres, installing despotic governments, and most importantly administering and organizing the occupation of Palestine and founding Israel, and having played the biggest role in the latest American and Israeli aggressions against Iran— not to further add to its record," the statement added. ...
