Description
Between 22 and 25 May, heavy rainfall triggered mudslides. A total of 259 households were affected by the mudslides. The worst damage was suffered by the Osh Region (218 households) and the Jalal-Abad Region (41 households).

Summary
Osh Branch Maintains close coordination with the MoES Directorate for Osh Oblast. Ready to provide assistance upon request from MES. Jalal-Abad Branch The branch has begun joint efforts to deal with the aftermath of the emergency.
Actions taken by others
Osh Oblast In Osh Oblast: MoES KR deployed 45 rescuers, 5 special vehicles, and 10 motor pumps. Civil defense services mobilized 20 personnel and 6 units of equipment. Cleanup and recovery operations are actively underway. Traffic on the Osh-Aravan-Chek-Abad and Nookat-Aravan-Dobo-Korgon roads has been fully restored. A command center has been established with active coordination of all services. Jalal-Abad Oblast On the night of May 24-25, due to severe mudflows, at approximately 04:30 a.m. an emergency regime was declared in Manas city with a civil defense command center promptly deployed. A total of 84 MES rescuers, 4 motor pumps, 1 fire truck, 139 municipal service workers, 2 excavators, 1 loader, 2 water pumping vehicles, and 52 local residents were mobilized — 275 people and 18 units of equipment in total. Water has been pumped out from 8 residential yards.
