MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Labor and Employment (Dole) has issued pay rules for Independence Day on June 12, 2026, reminding employers toremunerate or pay their employees accordingly.

Based on President Ferdinand R.

Marcos Jr.’s Proclamation No.

1006, June 12 is declared a regular holiday in celebration of Independence Day.
