Vijay Kedia buys 3.58 lakh shares in this IT company that nearly doubled investor money

Vijay Kedia-backed Kedia Securities has acquired 3.58 lakh shares in Exato Technologies, raising the combined holding of the firm and persons acting in concert to 9.68% of the company’s paid-up share capital.

The stock has delivered near-multibagger returns in the last year, rising over 90%.The acquisition marks a 3.56% stake in Exato Technologies.

After the purchase, the combined holding of Kedia Securities and PACs, comprising Vijay Kishanlal Kedia and Neelu Pratik Kedia, increased to 9,74,293 shares.The move brings fresh investor attention to Exato Technologies, a recently listed SME company operating in the technology services space.

The company is positioned as a customer transformation partner, offering CX-as-a-Service, AI-as-a-Service, automation, unified communications and analytics solutions.

It provides customer experience, artificial intelligence and enterprise communication solutions to more than 150 clients, including ET500 companies, according to company profile details available on Screener.Exato Technologies works in areas linked to customer engagement and digital transformation.

Its services include contact centre solutions, workforce management, conversational AI and automation-led tools used by enterprises to manage customer journeys.
