Valencia City in Bukidnon on high alert as heavy rains trigger flooding

VALENCIA CITY, Bukidnon — This city was placed on high alert and classes at all levels were suspended Thursday noon as rains from Typhoon Inday (international name: Bavi) and the enhanced southwest monsoon triggered flooding in several villages.
