CA slaps former Baguio solon with contempt ruling for violating PEPO

BAGUIO CITY – The Court of Appeals has found a former Baguio congressman guilty of indirect contempt for turning a hovel into a concrete home within the Mount Santo Tomas forest reservation in violation of a Permanent Environmental Protection Order (PEPO) that has been in effect since 2015.
