MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines is hosting the 44th Association of Southeast Asian Nations Chiefs of National Police (Aseanapol) Conference this week, with the Philippine National Police (PNP) seeking to strengthen regional police cooperation in the fight against transnational crime.
